Where is your name from?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for March 04, 2009:

My name "Jonathan" is quite a normal and uncreative name if you ask me, however upon research I found that the ancient context of the name in Hebrew litterly means Yahweh has given or gift of God. I like this.

How does your mind relate to your body?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for March 05, 2009:

I relate to my body as the vessel of my spirit, I use my senses to feel the feelings inside and out in order to bring myself into awareness of the present moment. Through this heightened awareness I am able to reconnect with source and enjoy the bliss of life.
